Is My Item In Stock?
We aim to keep most standard (non-customised) items in stock at all times.
You can be confident that your item is in stock unless a message appears on the product page.
Every week we restock higher turnover items and ship in custom & unusual orders on-demand from Bleyer Gmbh in Germany.
New supplies arrive on a weekly basis to ensure that any delay is kept to a minimum. Should your item be subject to a delay, we will follow up your order with advice at the earliest possible time, normally within 24 hours.
Daily Dispatch Service
All orders for items in stock using a paid delivery service are dispatched same working day (Mon-Fri) for orders received up to 1 pm. All orders use a tracked or signed service, tracking reference numbers are emailed after dispatch.
Items that are not in stock, including custom orders, are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our dispatch centre.
Low and out of stock item alerts are displayed on the product page. You can still place your order if an item is out of stock and only available on backorder. Most items purchased on backorder will become available for dispatch within 2-4 weeks.
Free UK 3-5 Day Delivery Service
All deliveries to UK addresses can benefit from free delivery.
Using this option, even though we don't guarantee to dispatch on the same day, your delivery should reach you in 3-5 working days after you place your order.
The end delivery service may be provided by Royal Mail or any other delivery partner. All services are tracked and a tracking reference will be sent to you after dispatch.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of the order and destination of the order.

Postage is always recorded so your order will require a signature on receipt.
Double Check Dispatch
All items undergo a Double Check procedure to minimise the risk of faulty or incorrect items being dispatched.
Before every pair of shoes is dispatched to you they will have been inspected twice to ensure the quality, style, size, colour, finish and sole type are correct.
Images of your order with the dispatch note are recorded on our systems. In the unfortunate case that an imperfect or incorrect item should reach you, these images are used to help us promptly resolve any claim.
Holiday Period Ordering
If you are planning to order a standard item that is not in stock as a Christmas present then please allow as long as possible, at least 2 weeks before the last posting dates. This is for guidance and we cannot guarantee delivery of an item that is not in stock.
If you plan to order customised items for delivery before Christmas then we recommend placing your order prior to the end of October.
